Delivery is completely free on all orders to Singapore addresses, with track & trace included and no minimum purchase requirement.

After your payment is confirmed, our team prepares and packages your order within approximately 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
4. Shipping & Transit Times
Once dispatched, shipments typically take 7 to 9 business days (Monday to Saturday) to arrive at your door. Factoring in order preparation, the total turnaround time is usually 8 to 10 business days.
5. Dispatch Network & Pricing Transparency
Items are dispatched from our network of fulfillment warehouses, which include international logistics centers. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and represent the complete total: no unexpected charges, import taxes, or customs fees will be requested at delivery.
6. Track & Trace
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. You can also monitor your package anytime through the tracking section on our website.
7. Delivery Delays
The timeframes provided above are reliable estimates. Occasionally, circumstances outside our direct influence—such as peak retail periods, public holidays, or customs clearances—may result in slight delays. If your shipment appears delayed, please email info@ryan-lim.com and we will coordinate directly with the freight carrier until your parcel is delivered.
